Aszú is a sweet style within the wider Tokaji family. Individually selected berries affected by noble rot are macerated in must or wine, extracting their concentrated character. Read the vintage and full bottling name: dry Furmint, Late Harvest and Eszencia are different expressions, not interchangeable labels for Aszú.
