Understanding Rosé
Rosé is a wine style, not a grape variety. Skin contact, pressing and—in some contexts—blending can create different colours and textures. Pale colour does not guarantee dryness, and deeper colour does not guarantee sweetness. Compare grape, region and the stated style to find anything from delicate refreshment to a substantial food wine.
