Understanding Cream Liqueurs
Cream liqueurs combine richness with a spirit base and sweet flavourings. Irish cream is a familiar example: Baileys Original combines Irish dairy cream and whiskey with chocolate and vanilla flavours. Other producers use different spirits and ingredients, including plant-based alternatives. Check the individual bottle for ingredients, storage instructions and its recommended use after opening.
