Understanding Aglianico
Aglianico is a reference grape in Taurasi and Aglianico del Vulture. Its firm tannins and freshness can support long development, though producers also make earlier-drinking styles. Black cherry, dried herbs and earthy notes change with age. A young bottle's power deserves context from vintage, region and intended drinking window.
